Your trip partner

Send it everything. It has the plan ready when you ride out.

TripDeputy is the partner that rides along on your planning. Toss it every link and idea as they turn up, months ahead if you like. When it is time to go, it has them all, and turns them into a day-by-day plan, a packing list, and a list of deadlines with reminders.

What your deputy handles

Never forgets a thing

Every link, tip, and half-formed idea you send its way stays with the trip, ready when you sit down to plan, or when you are in the cab from the airport.

Rides ahead on the details

It asks whether each place is open the day you plan to go, how you get back from somewhere remote, and what is worth stopping for on the drive between towns.

Keeps the days easy

Arrival and departure days stay light, each day stays in one part of town, and every full day has room to rest or to push on if you feel like it.

Knows what is due, and when

What to book and by which date, counted back from departure, with a reminder on your calendar the morning each one is due.

Works where you work

Send the plan to Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, Trello, Todoist, or your calendar. Use whichever AI assistant you already have. Nothing is sent from this site.

Born on a wedding trip in Texas

Five months before a wedding outside Austin, everything went into one place as it turned up: the wedding details, gift ideas, links people sent, ideas for the days around it. Nobody sat down to plan. When it was time to go, the plan was ready, and it had caught what a quick search misses: Barton Springs Pool closes most of the day on Thursdays, the ride back from a remote venue late at night needs arranging. And on the drive from Houston, it found a small-town barbecue joint we had never heard of, open four days a week, timed so we got there for lunch and still returned the car with no rushing. We took the pitmasters' recommendation, pork steak with white sauce, and it was the best barbecue of the trip. Without it, we would have driven right past. That is the partner TripDeputy is built to be.

How it works

  1. Send it everything. Months ahead, drop in every link and idea that turns up. On Android, share straight from any app; on a computer, use the bookmark button.
  2. Tell it the basics. Where, when, where you are staying, what is already set, and what you like.
  3. Get the plan. Fill in the days yourself, or hand the request to any AI assistant and paste its answer back.
  4. Ride out. Save it, share it, print it, or put every day and deadline on your calendar. It works offline once loaded.
